15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, with jurisdiction-specific property matters governed by:

  • Nigerian law (for Nigeria properties)

Mediation First  

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith mediation before pursuing other remedies.

Arbitration  

For disputes not resolved through mediation, parties agree to arbitration in Ghana under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798), or in the jurisdiction of the property as mutually agreed.

Jurisdiction  

For matters that cannot be arbitrated, jurisdiction shall be in the courts of Ghana or the country where the property is located, as appropriate.


16. Changes to Terms  

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect:

  • Expansion into new markets

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Changes are effective upon:
